Chester’s latest social destination, the Rooftop Social Club, is set to open its doors this Friday, 15th November.

Perched atop the Pepper Street multi-storey car park, this 300-capacity venue promises an inviting mix of festive decor, diverse dining options, and engaging activities.

Located on the 8th and 9th floors, the space has undergone extensive renovations and will greet its first visitors with a winter wonderland-themed atmosphere.

A standout feature will be an airstream trailer offering festive treats, complementing the venue’s four kitchens and a full-service bar.

Diners can enjoy offerings from well-loved local operators like Death by Tacos and Chester Zoo, alongside newcomers Enzo’s Pizza and The Fat Greek.

The bar, managed by the team behind Chester’s Liquor & Co, will provide an extensive menu of seasonal cocktails, craft beers, and wines.

Beyond its culinary appeal, the venue aims to be a hub for socialising, offering activities such as cornhole, curling, and table tennis.

Features like heated cabanas, chalets, and a fully retractable roof ensure year-round comfort, while a photo booth adds a fun, interactive element. The space is also fully accessible.

Ian Gordon, founder of iKO Projects, expressed his excitement about the launch:

“Rooftop Social Club is a real passion project for us and has been designed to offer a distinctive and welcoming environment where guests can enjoy excellent food, exceptional drinks, and a relaxed atmosphere. We look forward to welcoming the community to experience all that this venue has to offer.”

The venue will be open daily from 12 pm to 10 pm. Limited bookings for the launch weekend are available online, though walk-ins are encouraged. Booking details for the remainder of the year will be released later this month.
