We’ve had reports locally that a male has been targeting the pensioners in the bungalows on Shotton Lane the tweets below appear to confirm what we have heard: 

We’ve also had reports of a male knocking on doors with a Battersea Dogs Home bib on,not to sure if they are legitimate or not.
