Man arrested following knife incident in Connah`s Quay

Police have arrested a suspect following the wounding of man in Connah`s Quay this morning.

The incident happened near some flats on Hight Street opposite the Dock Road Connah`s Quay at around 8.20am.

A man in his 30`s sustained what Police have described as “minor injuries” to his arm and was taken to the Countess of Chester hospital.

Scenes of crime officers were still at the scene this afternoon searching the premises where the attack took place.
