Flintshire House prices take a dip in August according to latest Land Registry data

Latest Land Registry’s market trend data for England and Wales shows Flintshire house prices taking a slight tumble in August.

The average Flintshire house price in August was £126,699 -0.5% drop on the previous month however, annually house prices in the county grew by 5.0% around £6300

Cheshire West and Chester saw a slight dip in August -0.4% annually prices were up 2.8% to an average of £155,923

Denbighshire house prices increased in August by 1.8% annually growth was less than neighbouring Flintshire at 2.9% 

Wrexham saw the most significant monthly price fall with a movement of -3.2 per cent and -0.3 for the year.

London has seen house prices rise by 21.6 per cent in the last year is considerably higher than
other regions.

The average price of property in the capital is £467,070 in comparison with the average for England and Wales of £177,824.
