Female Attacking Windows at Council Offices, Connahs Quay.

Police are surrounding Flintshire County Council offices in Connahs Quay where a woman is currently trying to hack the window frames with a 6 inch pair of scissors, 8 police officer including armed response are surrounding the side of the building,  the female is stood on a canopy, its believed the woman has a dispute with the councils social services department. …
