Drugs raid in Flintshire this morning captured on police bodycam footage

Video footage from a police bodycam captured the moment officers smash through the door of a house as they execute a warrant under the Misuse of Drugs Act in Flintshire this morning, July 4. ‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​

The video shows officers enter the house in Mold after the front door was ‘opened’ with what police call their ‘Big Red Key’. ‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​

‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​

In an ‘intelligence’ led operation police officers from South Flintshire and the North Wales and Cheshire Armed Alliance seized a small amount of cannabis from the address. ‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​

Sergeant Mavis Evans said:

“This is part of our ongoing commitment to disrupt the drug network in the area. These operations to combat the misuse of drugs will continue. ‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​
