Double Dee-Lite for Deeside Synchro teams

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1516152980510{margin-top: 20px !important;}”]Two teams from Deeside Synchro Club the synchronised ice skating club based out of Deeside Leisure Centre are celebrating fantastic performances at the British Synchronised Skating Championships at the weekend in Nottingham.
On Saturday, in the Elementary Category, the Angels, with their new Coach Bethan Greydanus, scored a personal best of 15.45 points, an impressive increase from 11.73 last year.

On Sunday, the Deelites, with their coach Vicki Usherwood, placed 4th in the Preliminary Category, missing out on the bronze medal by only 0.8 of a point.
At the forthcoming International Trophy D’Ecosse to be held in Dumfries, the Deelites will be fighting hard for another medal to add to the recent Gold won in Cardiff.

The Angels and Deelites train along with a third team, the Cherubs, on Friday evenings between 5pm and 7pm at Deeside Ice Rink.
