Caffi Isa, within the former library in Mynydd Isa’s , stands as a testament to the community’s evolving cultural scene.

By day, a mild-mannered community café, bringing people together over steaming mugs and amiable conversation.

But by night, the very same venue becomes a swish, intimate venue for live music enthusiasts.

While it’s already gained reputation for hosting notable performers like the former Space frontman Tommy Scott, Ian Prowse, and Motel Sundown, the venue is all set to reach a crescendo in its musical offerings.

Starting Thursday, 19th October, Caffi Isa is launching a new line-up dedicated to traditional and folk music.

First on the list are Will Pound and Jenn Butterworth, who will be performing tracks from their latest album, Volume 1.

Folk aficionados also have a treat lined up for November with The Jon McSherry Trio scheduled to perform.

Speaking about the venue’s distinctive appeal and the exciting lineup, Caffi Isa’s Chairperson, Sara Parker remarked, “We’ve always felt that the intimate nature of the café is perfectly suited to acoustic performance and we’ve really excited to expand the range of live music on offer in Mynydd Isa.”

For those eager to immerse themselves in this immersive folk experience, tickets are available directly at Caffi Isa’s counter, or they can be procured online at www.ticketsource.co.uk/caffiisa.
