Application to build 5 houses on land next to Connah’s Quay Naval Club approved.

Plans have been approved to build 5 new terrace houses on ‘surplus land next to The Naval Club, Chapel Street, Connah’s Quay. ‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​

The access statement says the development is in a built up part of the town and backs onto open space – a football pitch. ‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​

A new section of footpath will also be built to provide access to the Naval Club. ‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​

The original plans were submitted back in October 2012 and appear to have been amended in October 2013 ‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​

The 5 two bedroom houses will be in-line with existing houses in terms of design.  ‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​
