The building is still open to patients who required urgent medical attention during practice hours, with staff, GPs and nurses on site to advise patients.
A statement posted on the Betsi Cadwaladr Facebook page states:
“There are currently IT and telephone issues at Flint Health Centre. Unfortunately, all routine appointments have been cancelled for this afternoon.”
“The building remains open and staff, GPs and nurses are on site to advise any patients who may need urgent treatment within practice hours.”
“Engineers are currently on site and we are hopeful that the fault will be fixed as soon as possible.”
“We apologise for the inconvenience.”
