A494 Mold Bypass set for overnight roadworks – diversion to take place

The A494 Mold Bypass will be undergoing road marking works starting from Wednesday 11th of October, stretching for three nights till the 14th of October.

Work is scheduled to take place between 8pm to 6pm, covering the expanse between the New Brighton and Wylfa roundabouts.

Traffic Wales has said: “The works are being undertaken overnight when traffic flows are historically lower to minimise disruption.”

Diversions in Place

For motorists planning to travel during these hours, be aware that there will be a full carriageway closure. However, traffic will be diverted via the A5119 and A541 routes.
