Police warn of abnormal load being escorted through Deeside next week

North Wales Police has issued advance notice of an abnormal load that they will be escorting on major roads through Deeside.

The journey will start on Monday, 26th June, from Globe Road, Buckley at approximately 12 noon.

Police have stated that the abnormal load will make its way to the A494, before proceeding onto the A55, and then returning to the A494.

From there, it will progress onto the M53, before finally merging onto the M56 at junction 11.

Motorists who often use these routes are encouraged to allow additional time for their journey, due to potential traffic disruptions caused by this operation.”
