Police ask for help in locating a missing teenager from Flint

Police are asking for help in locating a missing teenager who has been missing from the Flint since last Wednesday.
Officers believe 19 year old Joseph Wilson may be in Chester or Manchester.
If you know where Joseph is or have seen him police would like you to contact them on 101 quoting Itrace 19892.
