Have your say! Flintshire County Council is reaching out to hear how you think Connects Centres can better serve our communities.

Connects Centres are located in town centres and offer face-to-face support for a variety of Council services, including digital help for those who need it.

Some of these Centres also share space with vital public services like North Wales Police and JobCentrePlus.

Councillor Linda Thomas, Cabinet Member for Corporate Services, explains:
“We know Connects Centres are highly valued by the people they serve, particularly those who face challenges accessing services online or over the phone.”

“However, since the pandemic, fewer people are using them, and we want to understand why.”

“Whether you’re a regular visitor or have never stopped by, your opinions are crucial to shaping the future of these Centres.”

How You Can Get Involved

A survey is now open for you to share your thoughts. It’s available online from Monday 18 November to Sunday 15 December 2024. You may also spot it on Facebook over the coming weeks.

For those who prefer face-to-face help, staff at Connects Centres are on hand to assist with completing the survey. Centres operate from 9am to 4.30pm on the following days:

  • Buckley: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
  • Connah’s Quay, Flint, Holywell: Monday to Friday
  • Mold: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
