Welsh Sea Watchers Project celebrates ‘fintastic’ dolphin survey off North Wales

An amazing video shot by Welsh Sea Watcher volunteers encountering dolphins offshore at Prestatyn, the group included a large number of boisterous males as well as mums with their calves.
.
The dolphins reacted positivity to the boat, actively bow-riding, breaching and porpoising around the vessel while the team recorded data, counted the animals and photographed their fins.
.

You can read all about the work the survey did on their excellent blog: seawatchfoundation.org.uk
