Police arrest driver following a collision in Oakenholt

Update: Road has reopened.. ‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​

Police say the driver of a car involved in a collision this morning on Chester Road in Oakenholt has been arrested on suspicion of drink driving. ‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​

The two car crash happened around 9.30am on the Pentre Hill section of A548 Chester Road, close to the Yacht Pub. ‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​

It’s unknown at the moment if anyone was hurt in the crash. ‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​

Police have said: ‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​

“Please avoid Chester Road #Oakenholt#Flint following a two vehicle RTC. The road will be closed while both vehicles are recovered. A man has been arrested for drink driving.” ‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​
