Four taken to hospital following a house fire in Gwernymynydd in early hours of this morning

Four people needed hospital treatment in the early hours of this morning following a house fire in Gwernymynydd.

North Wales Fire and Rescue Service were called around 1am on Saturday to reports of a fire in the kitchen of the house.

Firefighters from Mold and Buckley attended the scene.

The four people needing hospital treatment were suffering from the effects of smoke inhalation.
