Disruption on the Wrexham Bidston line due to a broken down freight train

A broken down freight train between Bidston, Shotton and Wrexham is causing disruption between these stations.

Some trains have been cancelled and replacement road transport services are taking passengers between Wrexham General and Bidston in both directions.

Disruption is expected until 5pm according to nationalrail.co.uk.
