Deeside Stadium – Connah’s Quay

The Deeside stadium situated next door to Coleg Cambria in Connah’s Quay opened in 1998, the stadium includes a fully floodlit football pitch, a national standard athletics facility and a 400 seated stadium.

It is the home of local teams gap Connah’s Quay Nomads F.C.’ and ‘Deeside Athletics Club’ who share the stadium.

The venue plays host to Welsh premier league football matches, many of which are televised live in S4C, it has also successfully held County, National and International athletics events.

The facilities are available for group, club and individual bookings for events such as school sports days, football tournaments, charity and fundraising events. You can use the stadium simply for a brisk walk or jog around the synthetic track.
