The Deeside stadium situated next door to Coleg Cambria in Connah’s Quay opened in 1998, the stadium includes a fully floodlit football pitch, a national standard athletics facility and a 400 seated stadium. ‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​

It is the home of local teams gap Connah’s Quay Nomads F.C.’ and ‘Deeside Athletics Club’ who share the stadium. ‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​

The venue plays host to Welsh premier league football matches, many of which are televised live in S4C, it has also successfully held County, National and International athletics events. ‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​

The facilities are available for group, club and individual bookings for events such as school sports days, football tournaments, charity and fundraising events. You can use the stadium simply for a brisk walk or jog around the synthetic track. ‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​
