Cannabis Farm closed down in Mold – 269 plants seized and destroyed.

North Wales Police have raided a cannabis farm in Mold on Saturday seizing 269 plants.

Police tweeted pictures of the cannabis plants from the @NWPSouthFlints twitter account in the early hours of Sunday morning.

The haul has now been sent for incineration, it’s not known currently if any arrested were made or the exact location in Mold the plants were seized from however, police have stated the discovery was due to community intelligence


The latest drugs raid in Mold is one of a number in which police have acted on information given to them by members of the community.

In March an arrest was made following the execution of a drugs warrant in King Street, Mold, one male was arrested on suspicion of supplying Class B drugs.
