Burst water main affecting supplies in Shotton

Welsh water say they are currently repairing a burst water main which is affecting drinking water supplies this afternoon in the Shotton.

A team of engineers are on site repairing the damaged main say Welsh water and anticipate that water supplies should begin returning to normal later this afternoon.

When the water supply is restored some residents may notice some discolouration of the tap water which is normal says the water companies website and water should clear when running from a cold tap
