Police raid on Flint house nets over £30,000 in drugs and cash

Officers from North Flintshire Policing Team executed a warrant in Flint today seizing a large quantity of drugs and cash.
Police raided the Chester Road porperty and recovered class A and B drugs worth an esimated £15,000.
Officers also discovered over £15,000 in cash which was also siezed.
A spokesperson for North Flintshire Policing said ‘Suspects have been identified and enquiries are ongoing’.
Sgt Steve Lloyd who spearheaded the operation said;
“In this time of austerity, Flintshire North has been fortunate to have a dedicated pro-active team who are relentless in their pursuit of justice against organised crime.
Just because the holidays are coming up it doesn’t mean we will slow down or make less effort to make the borough of Flintshire North a better, safer place to live.
