Gap Connah’s Quay’s tasted their first ever European competitive defeat on Thursday night as FK Vojvodina secured a late victory in Novi Sad writes the Wales FA.

Andy Morrison’s men defended well and often during the opening period and almost fell behind to Nikola Trujic’s 44th minute effort. Luckily, the inside of John Danby’s right hand post pushed the ball back into open play rather than into the back of his net.
