Saltney School Children`s trip to the Senedd to debate healthy Eating

A GROUP of youngsters met their Assembly Member on a tour of the Senedd this week.

Children and teachers from Wood Memorial CP School in Saltney travelled to Cardiff to debate healthy eating at the Welsh Government headquarters.

They were given a tour of the building and met their local Alyn and Deeside AM Carl Sargeant.

He said:

“It was great to meet such an enthusiastic and bright group of students.

“They were impeccably behaved and did their school proud. I hope they enjoyed their trip to the Senedd.”
