Nik picked up his award at the Welsh Premier League annual awards dinner last Saturday held at St David’s Park Hotel Ewloe. ‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌

A delighted Nik told Deeside.com: ‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌

“I’m thrilled to have won this award having come so close last season and missing out on the night.  I was constantly thinking throughout the season, is that the one? whenever I’d taken a good photo, but on that final day against Airbus, I had a feeling that if the result went our way that I might be able to capture something perfect.  As it happened, we won and I made sure to get myself in the ideal position to capture the lifting of the trophy – I was actually hanging off the edge of the stairs on the stand at Deeside Stadium, so it perhaps wasn’t the safest option, but it was worth it!” ‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌
