Flintshire police concerns for missing female last seen on New Years Day

Police say they have concerns for a missing female “who may be in the Flintshire area.” ‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​

Kelsey Baxter was last seen on New Years Day at around 7.30pm. ‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​

Officers say and has not been seen since. ‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​

Kelsey was wearing a coat with fur on the hood and knee high boots. ‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​

She is described as having “mousey brown” hair. ‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​
