Flintshire police concerns for missing female last seen on New Years Day

Police say they have concerns for a missing female “who may be in the Flintshire area.”

Kelsey Baxter was last seen on New Years Day at around 7.30pm.

Officers say and has not been seen since.

Kelsey was wearing a coat with fur on the hood and knee high boots.

She is described as having “mousey brown” hair.
