Witnesses sought after Buckley crash leaves two injured

Police are appealing for witnesses following a two-vehicle collision in Buckley over the weekend which left two people in hospital.

The incident took place at around 2pm on Saturday, 22 March, on the A549 Mold Road near the junction with Muirfield Road.

It involved a Skoda Karoq and a Ford Puma. Emergency services attended the scene and two people were taken to hospital with what are described as minor injuries.

Officers from the North Wales Police Roads Policing Unit have launched an appeal for anyone who witnessed the collision or who may have relevant dashcam footage from the area around the time of the incident.

A spokesperson for the unit said: “We are appealing to anyone who witnessed the collision, or anyone who was travelling in the area at the time of the incident with dashcam footage, who hasn’t already been in touch with police, to contact us.”

Those with information are asked to contact police on 101 or via the force’s website, quoting reference number 25000238139.
