Trains between Wrexham and Bidston are running again following earlier breakdown

UPDATE:

The broken down freight train near #Shotton has been moved and trains are now running normally between Wrexham Central and Bidston.

A broken down freight train near Shotton means trains cannot run between Wrexham Central and Bidston.

The freight train has broken down between Hawarden bridge and Shotton station, its not expected to be moved until 3.30pm.

Coaches will replace trains and call at all stations from Wrexham Central – Bidston in both directions extending journey times by up to 20 minutes.
