Shotton: emergency services called after young boy falls of bike

Emergency services were called to Central drive Shotton this afternoon following reports a child had been in collision with a car.

However a Police spokesperson told us a child had fallen of his bike he was not seriously hurt and that no the vehicle was involved.

A Welsh Ambulance Service spokesperson said:

“We were called at 3.41pm today, Wednesday July 9, to reports a car had collided with a pedestrian on Central Drive in Shotton.A crew in an emergency ambulance attended, and a five-year-old boy was given a precautionary check-up at scene.”
