Woman taken to hospital following collision in Northop Hall

UPDATE:

Police say the road has now reopened, the Ambulance Service has confirmed a woman has been taken to the Countess of Chester Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

EARLIER REPORT:

The B5125 in Northop Hall has been closed in both directions due to a collision involving a van and a motorcycle.

Traffic reports say the accident has happened near to Smithy Lane near Northop Hall Cricket Club.

The collision took place around 10am, two emergency ambulances are currently at the scene.

A Wales Ambulance Spokesperson has said:

“We were called at about 10am to reports of a road traffic collision between a van and a motorbike on Village Road, Northop Hall.

Two emergency ambulances are currently at the scene.”
