Police say they found a disused cannabis farm in Deeside yesterday, Wednesday 22 March.

Officers were alerted to the abandoned cannabis farm which had been set up in a derelict house in the Queensferry area.

Photographs posted on North Flintshire Local Policing team’s Facebook page show what looks to have been well-established operation.

The farm spans several rooms which have been fitted with an air extraction system and intake system.

Disused self-watering plant pots, some containing withered cannabis plants are visible along with a lighting system, fans, heaters and reflective sheeting around the walls of the house.

Police are now appealing for the owners to get in touch for a chat;

“If anyone is missing their hydroponic equipment as a result of this please feel free to contact Sgt Smith-Williams who is happy to discuss it with you!” the police Facebook post says.
