Police ask Holywell residents – do you know who this “rather shy chap” is riding a quad bike

Police have asked the public for help identifying the rider of a quad bike who was captured on CCTV in Holywell.

He was spotted riding the blue quad along Holywell High Street and at one point appears to be exchanging words with a pedestrian at the site of the road.

Police say they want to speak to the rider – who was trying his best to keep his face hidden – about the “dangerous manner of his riding.”

In an update on the North Flintshire Police Facebook page, a spokesperson said:

“Does anyone know who this rather shy chap on the quad bike is?”

“We need to catch up to him about the dangerous manner of his riding. ”

“Or if the rider reads this, please contact us. We won’t hold our breath though.”
