Police appealing for witnesses after man injured in assault outside Connah’s Quay pub

Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was assaulted outside the Custom House Pub in Connah’s Quay.

Officers believe a number of people who were near the pub at the time witnessed the incident.

The man, who was injured in the assault received hospital treatment for a head injury.

The incident happened at 12.15am on Sunday February 12th, police have only put an appeal for information out today.

PC Mathew Jenkins said.

“We know that there were a number of people in the vicinity at the time and who will have witnessed the incident. I am asking for them to come forward to help us with our enquiries Please call 101 quoting reference RC17031810.”
