Motorists asked to avoid Dee Road in Connah’s Quay due to a collision

Motorists are being advised to avoid part of Connah’s Quay following a road traffic collision. ‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​

The incident is believed to involve two cars at the junction between Dee Road and Breeze Hill at around 6.30pm. ‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​

Emergency services including the fire service and ambulance crews are in attendance. ‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​

Firefighters (pictured above) have removed the roof of one car while paramedics attend to an occupant. ‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​

Connah’s Quay Councillor Martin White tweeted: ‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​

“Two vehicle crash on at BreezeHill / Dee Road Junction. Traffic being advised to avoid area until cleared.” ‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​
