Motorists asked to avoid Dee Road in Connah’s Quay due to a collision

Motorists are being advised to avoid part of Connah’s Quay following a road traffic collision.

The incident is believed to involve two cars at the junction between Dee Road and Breeze Hill at around 6.30pm.

Emergency services including the fire service and ambulance crews are in attendance.

Firefighters (pictured above) have removed the roof of one car while paramedics attend to an occupant.

Connah’s Quay Councillor Martin White tweeted:

“Two vehicle crash on at BreezeHill / Dee Road Junction. Traffic being advised to avoid area until cleared.”
