Latest Police Appeals – Incident's in Queensferry, Saltney, Shotton and Connah's Quay

Reports of a Distraction Burglary on Wednesday morning in Dundas Street, Queensferry.

Police say a male gained entry to a house by speaking to the occupant about guttering and was allowed inside,the resident later found their purse had been stolen. 

The man is described as White, Tall and Dark with a Moustache.

North Wales Police are asking the public for help identifying a cold caller in the ‘Saltney’ area Monday 29th September at around 1pm.

Following an incident in the Larch way area of Saltney, Police are seeking information about a male described as being 5ft 10 inches tall, around 40 years old, dark short hair approximately 2-3 inches in length, normal build, wearing a grey suit jacket

If you saw anything suspicious, or have any information relating to the incident or person please contact North Wales Police on 101 quoting reference R154596

The Police are also reminding residents not to let anyone into their property without checking first with the organisation, or service provider, that they claim to be from.

Also, remember identity cards may not be genuine.
