Swimming sessions, football camps and ice skating are among the activities taking place across Flintshire during February half term.

Gwella has confirmed a programme of indoor activities at sites in Mold, Buckley, Flint and Deeside during the school break.

Swimming sessions, inflatable pool sessions, additional swimming lessons and free swimming opportunities will run at Mold Leisure Centre, Buckley Leisure Centre and Jade Jones Pavilion.

A multi activity holiday club will take place in Mold, combining football, other sports, arts and crafts and swimming. Dedicated football camps are also planned in Buckley and Deeside.

Soft play sessions and family ten pin bowling will be available at the Jade Jones Pavilion in Flint.

Public skating sessions are scheduled throughout the week at Deeside Ice Rink. Indoor skate park sessions will also run at Deeside Indoor Skate Park.

In addition to sport and leisure activities, Gwella libraries across Flintshire will host half term events and children’s activities. Families are encouraged to check with their local branch or library social media channels for details.

Gwella said some sessions have limited capacity and are expected to fill quickly. The full timetable and booking information are available online.
