Flintshire County Council to collect brown bins later today in three areas
Residents in Northop Hall, Sychdyn and New Brighton due a brown bin collection today are being told it will now take place this evening instead.
Flintshire County Council said crews will collect brown bins between 5pm and 10pm rather than during the day.
Anyone whose brown bin is due to be emptied today is asked to leave it out and not report it as missed or contact the council, as crews will return later in the evening.
The council apologised for the inconvenience and thanked residents for their patience while normal service levels are restored.
