Energie Fitness Deeside owners launch new pilates studio at Broughton Retail Park

News and Info from Deeside, Flintshire, North Wales

A new reformer pilates studio is opening at Broughton Retail Park on Monday 29 June, run by the same local couple behind Energie Fitness Deeside.

Glyn and Nathalie Stephens are launching Reformer by Energie Chester Broughton, offering reformer pilates classes, hot classes and pre- and post-natal sessions.

Classes start from £7.50 per session, with flexible membership options available.

The studio is located within Broughton Retail Park, with free parking on site.

Glyn and Nathalie Stephens said: “We’re incredibly excited to bring Reformer by Energie to Broughton and create a space where people of all ages and fitness levels feel welcome.”

They said: “Reformer Pilates has grown in popularity because of its ability to build strength, improve mobility and support overall wellbeing, but premium studios can often feel inaccessible due to cost or experience level.”

They added: “Our vision is to offer the same high-quality experience you’d expect from a boutique studio, but at a price point that makes it accessible to more people in our community.”

Ahead of the Monday opening, the studio is holding an open day on Sunday 28 June from 11:30am to 2pm, giving prospective members the chance to view the studio and meet the instructors.
