The rental market:

We see many Tweets and posts on Facebook from young people suggesting parts of Deeside are a bit naff, unfair we say!

To prove a small point here is an example of the type of property you would perhaps move into if your were to leave this glorious part of the world, for say, London.

This is what £563 a month gets you in the bright light city of London – a studio flat overlooking the glamorous earls Court.

(And yes what’s the picture is what you get)
