Earlier report: Traffic Wales has warned drivers to find alternative routes following a serious collision.
They report the incident has taken place on the westbound side of the A55 at Ewloe.
In a post on X/Twitter, Traffic Wales said: “The #A55 at Ewloe has now been closed following a serious collision. The #A494 will also be closed.”

An air ambulance has landed close to the scene of the incident.
A traffic report for the area ststes:
