A section of main walking trail through Wepre Park will close for a month while repair work takes place

A section of path on one of the main walking trails through Wepre Park will close for at least a month from next week. ‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​

Repair work is set to begin following a landslip at the Red Rock’s – pictured above. ‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​

The path past the distinctive Red Rock outcrop will be closed from Monday 15 February to 15 March. ‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​

During that time there will be no access through the area shown below. ‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​

The path closure notices will go up today, along with the diversion route. ‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​
