Police seize drugs in Connah’s Quay and arrest 5 for breaching closure notice

Police have seized a quantity of drugs from a property on Sullivan’s Rise in Connah’s Quay.

Officers recovered suspected class A,B and C drugs in the raid which took place yesterday, Monday 15th February.

North Flintshire Local Policing Team said:

“Due to a positive warrant we issued a closure notice (on the property) for 48 hours to prevent any further anti-social behaviour.”

Police arrested five people today after they allegedly breached the conditions of the closure notice by entering the Sullivan’s Rise property.

The raid was conducted following intelligence from the local community North Flintshire Local Policing Team said in an update on their facebook page.
