Road closed near Chester Racecourse following a collision

A section of road close to Chester Racecourse is currently closed following a collision. ‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​

Police and paramedics are in attendance at the incident which has happened on New Crane Street between the Racecourse and Sealand Road. ‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​

Latest traffic report states: “Road closed and slow traffic due to accident on A548 New Crane Street both ways between Tower Road and A5268 St Martins Way. The road has been closed near to the Racecourse since 13:40..” ‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​
