Garden City youth given 6 month custodial term after failing to follow court orders

Police have said a 16 year old from Garden City has been given a 6 month custodial sentence after failing to follow court orders.

The youth was also found guilty of harassment and has been sent to a youth offender unit.

Police said the teenager failed to work with them and youth offending team

In an update to local residents posted on their Facebook page, a spokesperson for North Flintshire Police Team said:

“A youth under the age of 16 years from Garden City has received a 6 month custodial sentence in a Youth Offender unit, and also received a Criminal Behavioural Order.”

“The youth failed to work with the Youth Offending and North Wales Police and was found guilty of harassment and failing to follow court orders.”

“Anti-Social behaviour will not be tolerated.”
