Chester based business wins North West Campervan Hire Provider Award at 2022 Transport Awards

A Chester based business has been awarded the title of Best Campervan Hire Provider in the North West at this year’s UK Transport Awards.

Calico Campers is a campervan hire provider in Chester, run by local healthcare workers Claire and Mark. The firm launched on Facebook just one year ago and have in that time, established themselves as a five-star rated and now award-winning campervan hire company.

With demand levels for campervan hire at an all time high, Calico Campers expanded their fleet with the introduction of a new 2-berth Vauxhall Vivaro for hire this year.

The UK Transport Awards 2022, hosted by SME News, is into its third year, rewarding a diverse range of hardworking individuals and firms operating within the demanding transport sector.

With categories up for grabs like Most Trusted Taxi Business, Best Community Transport Service and Best Vehicle Leasing Specialists, Chester-based Calico Campers bagged the title of Best Campervan Hire Provider in the North West.

Born out of the Covid-19 lockdowns, Calico Campers has established itself firmly in the Chester community in a relatively short amount of time. With both a 4-berth and a 2-berth dog-friendly campervan for hire, the company has welcomed families, couples, friends and a lot of dogs to their campervan community, with flawless, five-star feedback.
