Bellway offering up to £20,000 incentives on new homes in Deeside

News and Info from Deeside, Flintshire, North Wales

Housebuilder Bellway is offering incentives worth up to £20,000 on selected new homes at its Summers Bridge development in Deeside until the end of May.

The package can be put towards a deposit, used as a mortgage contribution, or spent on flooring, appliances or upgraded features inside the home.

The offer is part of Bellway’s “Feels like home” campaign, launched alongside a refreshed company brand to mark its 80th anniversary.

Incentives are also available at Jubilee Place, a development by Ashberry Homes, which is part of the Bellway group.

Jenny Bell, Sales Director for Bellway North West, said:

“Customers sit at the heart of every decision we take. We know that having a fresh space which they can tailor to their own style is something our buyers value highly. We also understand that people need help in different ways to make buying a new home work for them.”

“Recommendations from our buyers led to us retaining our 5-Star Builder status, and customer feedback helped to shape our rebrand. Our ‘Feels like home’ campaign brings together everything that we know to be important to our customers and offers flexible incentives to enable them to make their move.”

Bellway said it had been rated a 5-Star Builder by the Home Builders Federation for the tenth consecutive year.

Details of the incentives and other Bellway developments across north Wales, including Mountain View and Holt Vale, are at bellway.co.uk and ashberryhomes.co.uk.
