Arrest made after man dies in Shotton incident

North Wales Police have arrested a 45-year-old man on suspicion of murder following the death of a man at a property on King George Street, Shotton.

Emergency services were called to the address shortly after 7.20pm on Tuesday, December 10th, following a report from the Welsh Ambulance Service.

Officers attended the scene, where the man was pronounced dead.

The arrested man remains in police custody while investigations continue.

Chief Inspector Stephen Pawson said: “Our enquiries into this incident are at a very early stage, and I would appeal to anyone who may have any information that could assist with our investigation to get in touch.”
