The ‘Dragons’ are keen to hear from enthusiastic people with business ideas, who want to be their own boss, or need help becoming an entrepreneur and the event is free to people taking part.

It will be held at Coleg Cambria in Connah’s Quay alongside an Entrepreneur Information Day where there will be advice and support for business start-ups.

Representatives from local education providers, Jobcentre Plus, Careers Wales, Business Wales and Flintshire County Council will be on hand to provide job and career information plus there will be volunteering opportunities and career advice available.

Councillor Aaron Shotton, Leader of Flintshire County Council, said:

“Our Dragons’ Den Cymru events are proving to be extremely successful. These and our Flintshire Enterprise Club are just some of the ways that the Council and Communities First are providing support and encouragement to help people into training or the workplace. I would encourage anyone who wants to find out more to contact Communities First on 01244 846090. “
