The approaches to the roundabout are being managed by a ‘multi-way’ set of traffic signals which were put into operation on Sunday. ‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌

BT are carrying out work to clear two ‘blockages’ in ducts which are causing faults according to the ‘real-time’ Roadworks.org map (below) ‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌

Kathryn Phillips said on twitter “absolutely ridiculous, barely moved in 45 mins”
@atbookandtea tweeted “Same here, it was horrid! Let’s hope they’re not there on the way home!” ‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌

Steve Jones, Chief Officer Streetscene and Transportation said; ‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌

“BT are currently working the A550 in Penymynydd to repair a fault to their network.
