Road reopens following serious collision – A5026 between Carmel and Lloc

The A5026 is back open following a serious road traffic collision between Carmel and Lloc which saw it closed for earlier this morning.

The collision involving an HGV and a Renault Clio happened at 6:43 this morning in the Lloc area of Holywell.

One man was taken to Ysbyty Glan Clwyd hospital with what the ambulance service describe as “potentially serious injuries”

Diversions were set up while accident investigation worked at the scene.

Police reopened to road around 10am.
